Senator DURACK (Western AustraliaAttorneyGeneral) - I thank the Senate for its support of these measures. I think the questions asked by Senator McLaren should be considered in the Committee stage. Rather than prolong the second reading debate, I will deal with them then. As the Senate is not opposing the Bills I do not propose to make any reply to the second reading debate. I hope the Bill will have a speedy passage.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

Bill read a second time, and passed through its remaining stages without amendment or debate.
