Senator CHANEY (Western AustraliaMinister for Aboriginal Affairs) - I am sorry, I am not clear on that point. The matter came up after the Bill left the Senate. I have been away in the bush for the last week and I have not had a chance to obtain that detail. I would be quite happy to have progress reported and for this matter to be dealt with later in the day if that detail is required by the Opposition. 1 have no wish to deprive the Opposition of any information it wants before it deals with the amendment. At the moment I am acting on advice that essentially small areas of land are involved and that the amendment is to remedy technical problems.
