The PRESIDENT - Order! Is the honourable senator asking a question?

Senator WEBSTER - I certainly am.

The PRESIDENT - I have not much idea yet of what the question is.

Senator WEBSTER - I shall not repeat it Sir, but I shall just say to the Minister that he will be aware that on many occasions senators on both sides of the chamber have raised questions regarding the plight of pear growers in the Goulburn Valley area of Victoria. He will recall that this matter was raised.

The PRESIDENT - Order! The honourable senator is going over ground that I shall not allow him to cover.
