Senator YOUNG (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - I direct my question to the Minister representing the Minister for Primary Industry. In view of the need for financial and other assistance of many primary producers and the Government's stated intention to assist in rural reconstruction, and also having in mind discussions held with respective State Ministers, can the Minister say how long it will be before the Commonwealth Government makes known to the Parliament and primary industries details of its plans? It has been stated that the sum of $100m has been allocated for rural reconstruction. Can the Minister say whether that figure will be increased if it is found that more money is needed?
