Senator GREENWOOD - The question from the Leader of the Opposition was long and, necessarily, somewhat involved. As I represent the Postmaster-General and the Attorney-General the question is addressed to me in a wholly representative capacity. All I can do is to convey the tenor of the honourable senator's remarks to the Postmaster-General for his comments. When those comments are available they will be supplied to him. T feel that until the factual situation is known there is no case to be put to the Attorney-General for comment.
