Senator ANDERSON - I cannot see any difference at all between the rights of a senator whether he be a Minister, or whether he represents the Attorney-General, and those of a newspaper editorial in the eases to which the honourable senator refers. 1 would say that what Senator Wright said was established in the debate. Indeed, the vote of the Senate reflected the propriety of what he had said.
