Senator ANDERSON (NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for Supply) - Perhaps I am an innocent abroad, but the honourable senator's question goes completely over my head. I do not know what he is talking about.

Senator Fitzgerald - The Prime Minister bas been talking about blackmail.

Senator ANDERSON - The honourable senator is obviously making some deductions from what he has read, but he in no way connects the matter. For that reason it is not possible for me to give an answer to his question.
