Senator SCOTT (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) (Minister for Customs and Excise) - Answering the last part of the question first, let me say that the only reason why Tasmania has to rely on sea transport is that it is an island off the mainland of Australia. In answer to other parts of the honourable senator's question, I say to him that the Australian National Line has always endeavoured to give a service to all States within the Commonwealth. I ask the honourable senator to place the other parts of his question on the notice paper, and I will obtain an answer for him.
