Senator McKELLAR - It is a treat to be able to stand up and answer a question without some protest being made about it. 1 do not know whether an economist would have before him the information referred to by the honourable senator, but I would think - if I am allowed to think - that he should have it before him. He might or might not. This is one of the difficulties we face when trying to interpret somebody's expression of opinion. Critics often criticise before considering the total information available. This could well be an instance of that. However, I do not know the answer to the honourable senator's question.
