That the report be adopted.

Motion (by Senator Daly) agreed to -

That the bill be recommitted for the consideration of clauses 9. 24, 44a and 57.

In committee :(Recommittal).

Clause 9 -

Section 18c of the principal act is repealed and the following section inserted in its stead.

9.   Any award or order made bya conciliation commissioner pursuant to the power conferred by this section shall for all purposes be and be deemed to be an award or order of the court.

Motion (by Senator Daly) agreed to -

That the words " for all purposes '', subsection 9, be left out with a view to insert in lieu thereof the words "subject to section 31a of this act."

Clause, as further amended, agreed to.

Clause 24 -

Section 31 of the principal act is amended

Section proposed to be amended -

(1)   No award or order of the court shall be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, or called in question or be subject to prohibition, mandamus or injunction, in any other court on any account whatever.
