Senator DALY - The answers are as follow : -

1.   No. The Appeal Board acted as the judges.

2.   The film regulations give an importer a right of appeal to the Appeal Board from the decisions of the Film Censorship Board.

3.   It is only natural that the candidates should be disappointed in their failure to secure substantial awards. 4 and 5. There is no such right of appeal - see answer to No. 1 above.
