Senator RAE (New South Wales) - I should like to know if there are means of obtaining information in regard to the operations of an insurance company other than from its printed accounts. A gentleman of standing, who has been a policy-holder in the Australian Mutual Provident Society for over 40 years, has, time after time, at meetings of the company, put questions relating to its operations, and has been ignored. I want to see that that kind of cavalier treatment cannot be meted out to a policy-holder.
