Senator GUTHRIE (VICTORIA) - In view of the prospects of a bountiful production in Australia this season on account of the recent splendid general rainfall, I should like to know if the Government will take steps to assure protection to workers on the waterfront, so that when produce is available for shipment it will be despatched promptly, and not be allowed to rot on the wharfs?
