Senator CLEMONS (Tasmania) (Honorary Minister) . - I propose, though the course is unusual, to submit an amend!' ment. I have heard honorable senators on the other side say that this was a matter in which they wanted the Leader of the Senate to express his sense et the responsibility which the Ministry are taking. I am prepared to emphasize the statement that my colleague did make, that the Government will take the responsibility of moving for this adjournment clearly and unmistakably. If that troubles: the Opposition, I move -

That the word " 15th" be 1'e'ft out, with a view to insert in lieu thereof " 22nd."'

Amendment agreed to. Question, as amended, resolved in the affirmative.
