Senator CLEMONS (Tasmania) . - I must risk any accusation of discourtesy that may be brought against me for not replying upon this debate. There is really no time for a reply, and I must therefore ask honorable senators to judge of my refusal in the light of that circumstance. I will, however, give this assurance, that I shall be only too glad to avail myself of the forms of the Senate to reply in detail to any question upon which information is required at the earliest opportunity.
