Senator WALKER (New South Wales) . - I presume that the Government recognised long ago that if we are going to have nothing but leaseholds in the Northern Territory the land tax will not apply. There will be one part of Australia from which no land tax can come to the Federal Government.

Senator Findley - We can re-appraise the land.
