Senator McDOUGALL
asked the Minister of Defence, upon notice -
1. What certificates in Engineering - civil or military - does Colonel Wallace possess,with marks awarded in the latter?
2. What percentage of marks was awarded to Colonel Wallace on conclusion of the course of gunnery instruction attended by him in England, and what percentage of marks was awarded other Australian officers attending the same course?
3. Was the variable percentage of marks referred to in footnote to question No. 7, answered by the Minister on 2nd October, 1912, in operation in England on the date when Colonel Wallace attended for instruction?
