Senator FINDLEY (Victoria) (Honorary Minister) . - Senator E. J. Russell need be under no apprehension in regard to the matter he has mentioned. It is a very important one, and has not escaped the notice of the quarantine authorities. If he will look at clause 26, dealing with the inspection and cleansing of insanitary vessels, he will find that provision is made in this Bill to meet all that he desires.
