Senator CLEMONS (Tasmania) .- While I thoroughly indorse what the Government proposes, I am not satisfied that the words "official certificate" will not offer impediments to the importation of pure grape brandy. I quite agree that we should take precautions against the importation of inferior spirit described as brandy, but I am sure that the Minister does not wish absolutely to prohibit the importation of pure brandy. The term "official certificate " is a little vague.
