Senator STEWART (Queensland) - - 1 intend to support the Government in adhering to the present title of the Bill. I do not think that the term "AntiTrust " would apply, for the simple reason that this is not an Anti-Trust Bill until a trust has become injurious, and has done something with intent to destroy or injure an Australian industry, the preservation of which is advantageous to the Commonwealth. The real purpose of the Bill is to- protect Australian industries, and that being the case, I think the present title is sufficiently expressive of the intention.
