The PRESIDENT - Before the business of the day is called on, I wish to intimate to the Serrate that His Excellency the Governor-General has fixed 5 o'clock to-morrow, at Government House, as the time for the presentation of the AddressinReply to the speech with which he opened Parliament.

At a later stage,


The PRESIDENT - I have to announce to the Senate that in response to a telegram sent by me, His Excellency the Governor-General has altered the time for the presentation of the Address-in-Reply to a quarter to one o'clock on Thursday next.
