Senator FRASER (Victoria) .- In reply to Senator Dobson's question, I wish to say, as a member of the House Committee, that a private tender was obtained with regard to the refreshmentrooms, but it did not appear to be very satisfactory from an economical point of view. It has now been agreed that public tenders shall be called for. Until they have been received and dealt with, we cannot tell whether we shall be justified in Intrusting the work to a caterer. If no tender is accepted, some other arrangement will have to be made.
