The PRESIDENT - I would call the attention of the honorable senator to the fact that there is no question before the Senate. If I put the motion that this documentbe printed, he will be in order.


Senator MILLEN - I move -

That the document be printed.

I have only risen, sir, to draw your attention to this as one of the many little things which are happening and which suggest to me that the Government does not recognise, as I think it ought to recognise, what is due to the Senate.
