Senator PLAYFORD (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) (Minister for Defence) - I think' that the honorable senator can form his own opinion as to whether the time which' has been taken by the Board has been reasonable, or whether the inquiry has been as. expeditious as it ought to be. I do not think he ought to ask me to comment on a matter which affects my colleagues, and of which I have no personal knowledge.

Senator Higgs - It does not affect the honorable senator's colleagues.

Senator PLAYFORD - To a certain extent it does. I shall bring the -matter under the notice of the Prime Minister, and I have not the slightest doubt that' a decision will be arrived at in the case as quickly as possible.
