Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr Giles (WAKEFIELD, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - If the House will allow me to consult on that matter, I am quite sure that the substance has some merit and that the honourable member for St George should not have done other than move to adjourn the debate. I take on board the point of view of the honourable member for Corio but what can be done about it is another matter again.

Mr Neil - Mr Deputy Speaker, no Standing Order was raised by the honourable member. I have never heard of such a Standing Order. If I have breached the Standing Orders, Mr Deputy Speaker, I apologise to you. The honourable member made a terrible contribution and is just trying to cover up for it.
