Dr Klugman asked the Minister for Industrial Relations, upon notice, on 16 April 1980:

(   1 ) How many appeals to the Full Bench of the Australian Conciliation and Arbitration Commission against awards, decisions, orders or refusals to make an order made by a member of the Commission, were made in the last 3 years.

(2   ) How many of these appeals were upheld.

The following table details the number of appeals lodged, determined, upheld or partially upheld. The figures for the number of appeals determined include a number of appeal cases carried over from previous years.
