Mr GILES (Angas) - I wish to take a few minutes to complete the speech that I tried to fit into 10 minutes the other day in relation to the estimates for the Treasury. I had got to the point of debating the problem of revaluation and was about to refer to the effect of any revaluation on the local scene. I want to say quite clearly from the outset that if honourable members pause to think - of course, the honourable member for Sturt (Mr Foster), who is interjecting, could not do that because he has a hollow where he should have grey matter-
