Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -Order! The honourable member for Sydney knows-


Mr Cope - 1 am one of those concerned because-


Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -Order! The honourable member knows that a personal explanation can be made only when an individual has been personally misrepresented.


Mr Cope - He reflected on me because 1 am a member of this House.


Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -Order! The honourable member will resume his seat. He knows that a personal explanation can be made only when a member has been individually misrepresented, not. when there has been a general comment relating to all members of the House.


Mr Cope - I am saying that if the honourable gentleman referred to me-


Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER


Mr Cope - It puts it in order.


Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -The honourable member knows that that is not a point of order.


Mr Cope - Mr Deputy Speaker-


Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -The question is that the question be now put:
