Mr Les Johnson (HUGHES, NEW SOUTH WALES) - All I want to say on this matter is that I think it is regrettable that the Minister for Customs and Excise (Mr Chipp) did not give notice of his intention to raise this matter and I hope it will not happen in the future. Honourable members are disadvantaged if they do not have an indication of such matters coming before the House because, in many cases, it is necessary for them to obtain papers, as well as information on the subject.
