Mr LYNCH (Flinders) (Minister for Labour and National Service) (1:26 AM) - in reply - I want to make it perfectly clear to the honourable member for Wills (Mr Bryant), as I have sought to do before-

Mr Bryant - Is the Minister closing the debate?

Mr LYNCH - I certainly am. I want to make it perfectly clear that the honourable member for Wills is labouring under a great misconception.

Mr Cope - I move:

Mr Bryant - I second the motion.

Mr Lynch - I have finished. I would not dignify it with any further comment.
