Mr SPEAKER -Order! On the last 4 occasions immediately after question time I have had to ask for the co-operation of the House to enable the House to proceed with its business. I would request that all honourable members co-operate with the Chair in this regard because Ministers and members from time to time, even in the course of personal explanations, have a right to be heard in this chamber. I would suggest that immediately after question time, if members want to leave the chamber they do so as quickly, but particularly as quietly, as possible.

Mr SPEAKER -Order! I should be glad if you would do so at the appropriate time, but I have already called the Minister.

Mr ANTHONY - Pursuant to section 12 of the Marginal Dairy Farms Agreements Act 1970 1 present a copy of an agreement made between the Commonwealth and the State of Queensland in relation to the marginal dairy farms reconstruction scheme.
