Mr SNEDDEN (Bruce) (Minister for Labour and National Service) - Mr Speaker, I wish to make a personal explanation.

Mr SPEAKER - Does the Minister claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr SNEDDEN - Yes, I was misrepresented by the honourable member for Hindmarsh. I did answer the question. The honourable member will remember, I am sure, that in the second reading speech when the Bill was introduced the Government stated that as a matter of policy it would indefinitely defer those persons who opted for Citizen Military Forces training.
