Mr WHITTORN (BALACLAVA, VICTORIA) - Now that Paris has been selected as the site for peace talks, will the Prime Minister tell the House whether Australia agreed with the selection? As this selection of site is being regarded by France as a triumph for Charles de Gaulle and his foreign policies, notwithstanding that there is much violence and uprising in France itself, does the Government regard the selection of Paris with favour? In fact, will the battleground be transferred from Saigon to Paris?
