Mr WILSON (STURT, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - My question is addressed to the Treasurer. In view of the fact that the present tax concession for education expenses operates to the prejudice of those who, but for inadequate financial resources of their parents, would have undertaken advanced study on a full time basis, will the Treasurer, when preparing this year's Budget, give consideration to granting the concession to parents of part time students for expenses incurred by the parents and to the student for expenses incurred by him? Will the Treasurer give consideration also to raising the arbitrary age limit at which the concession cuts out?
