Mr KATTER (KENNEDY, QUEENSLAND) - In view of the lengthy delay, and the critically serious implications involved, will the Minister for Health indicate the present position regarding the installation of incinerators at Australian ports, particularly at Queensland ports? Does he agree that while incinerators are not available a threat exists that could wreck our national economy, namely, the introduction of foot and mouth disease and other exotic animal diseases into this country?
