Mr KILLEN (MORETON, QUEENSLAND) - My question, which is addressed to the Minister for Education and Science, concerns the establishment of the Griffith University in Brisbane. The honourable gentleman will recall that I recently asked him whether anything could be done by the Government reasonably to expedite the establishment of that university. Has his attention been directed to a report made by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Queensland, Sir Fred Schonell, to the effect that general quotas will have to be applied throughout the University of Queensland owing to the freezing - that is the term Sir Fred has used - of the construction of the Griffith University? I ask the honourable gentleman further, and finally: If this term is a happy one, who has done the freezing and what can the Government do to bring about a thaw?
