Mr SCHOLES (CORIO, VICTORIA) - My question is directed to the Treasurer and I preface it by saying something that I think all honourable members of the House know: A Victorian Aboriginal boxer, Lionel Rose, recently won a world boxing championship, which will mean that his income for a period, which may be short or long, will be infinitely greater than it normally would be. Therefore I ask the Treasurer whether there are any provisions by which the tax on his income may be spread over a longer period than the 1 year in which it is earned.
