Mr BRYANT - I address my question to the Minister for External Affairs. Was he informed of the conditions upon which the United States would accept peace moves in Vietnam and which were enunciated by Mr Goldberg in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last week? If he was informed, why did he fail to tell the House? If he did not know then and as he does now, will he support the terms announced by Mr Goldberg? I remind the Minister that I was gagged and so could not participate in the debate last week.
