Mr BUCHANAN (McMillan) - Both the last two speeches were irrelevant and should never have been made. They show the lengths to which those people who are determined that the legislation will not be passed will go to oppose it. They will do anything. No other clause is more applicable to the Bill than this is. How could anyone ever be allowed to explore for oil without a permit?
