Mr FREETH (FORREST, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) (Minister for the Interior) - At present, there is nothing to prevent parking in roads except in areas where parking is specifically prohibited, provided that a vehicle does not constitute a traffic hazard and is sufficiently lighted.
