Mr CAIRNS - I direct a question to the Prime Minister. Is it a fact that, over a considerable length of time, the Government has indicated its intention to introduce legislation to amend the Crimes Act and to control monopolies and other restrictive practices? Does the fact that we have had a bill to amend the Crimes Act introduced in this House indicate that the Government gives priority to legislation which might restrict the activities of trade unions rather than the activities of monopolies? Will the right honorable gentleman tell the House when we may expect legislation to control monopolies and restrictive practices?
