Mr ANTHONY (RICHMOND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I preface a question to the Postmaster-General by saying that a couple of weeks ago the first co-operative aboriginal store in New South Wales, and probably the first in Australia, was opened at Cabbage Tree Island situated in the estuary of the Richmond River. I ask the Postmaster-General: Will he give consideration to a request for the establishment of a non-official post office there as, under the present circumstances, the 150 inhabitants, including more than 20 mothers receiving child endowment, have to use boats and walk at least 3 miles to visit the nearest post office?
