Mr FALKINDER (FRANKLIN, TASMANIA) - My question is directed to the Prime Minister. On the assumption that as the result of the findings of the Constitutional Review Committee there may be a referendum, I ask the right honorable gentleman whether he will consider incorporating in the proposals for such a referendum a provision that the Parliament shall not determine the salaries of its members but that the question shall be referred to an outside body for decision. .
