Mr DAVIDSON - The honorable member for Maranoa never loses an opportunity to advise me of the state of reception in the area that he represents so well. Therefore, I know exactly what he is referring to. This is a matter that we have considered from time to time. I think he is suggesting that there should be some zoning which would enable reduced charges to be made where reception of programmes is not adequate. As I have told him previously, apart from the provisions already made, it is impracticable to adopt his suggestion.
