Mr HAROLD HOLT (HIGGINS, VICTORIA) - I do not think the honorable member can pursue the analogy very far. Of course, education is an important matter. This Government, consistent with its constitutional position, has manifested a practical interest in the subject. As the honorable gentleman knows, substantial sums have been made available for the universities, and this has earned the general approval of all sections of this House. On more than one occasion, and quite recently, the attitude of the Government has been stated by my colleague, the Acting Prime Minister.I have nothing to add to what he has said.
