Mr TURNER (Bradfield) .- I have been moved by the fantasies of the honorable member for Kingsford-Smith (Mr. Curtin) to intervene in the debate for only one minute. If my memory serves me correctly, about the year 1625 a parliament known as the " Bare Bones parliament " decided to reduce the law - to use its phrase - to the bigness of a pocket book; to eliminate all legal representation, and to abolish all lawyers. May I say that it was left to the bonehead Opposition in this Parliament to resume the debate on that proposal after three centuries.

Progress reported.
