Mr TURNER (BRADFIELD, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I address my question to the Acting Prime Minister. In view of the deliberate sabotaging of the Summit conference by the Russian leader, and the reasonable expectation that this is the prelude to another move in the cold war to weaken the position of the free world, will the right honorable gentleman give a firm assurance to Parliament before it goes into recess, and to the Australian people, that the Government will remain resolute in the face of this new threat to free men everywhere?
