Mr CALWELL (MELBOURNE, VICTORIA) - I direct a question to the Acting Prime Minister. Is the right honorable gentleman in a position to give the House further information about the failure of the Summit talks? What action does the Australian Government propose to take in the United Nations or elsewhere to keep alive the questions that the Summit conference was supposed to discuss, such as world disarmament, the abandonment of nuclear tests and the like?
