Mr DAVIDSON - Obviously, this is a matter which deals with the security provisions existing in Australia. As the Deputy Leader of the Opposition well knows, we do not discuss security matters in this House, when replying to questions. All that I have to say - and I state it with emphasis - is that no employee of the PostmasterGeneral's Department is in a position at any time either to hear or to record any conversations which are the subject of security surveillance.
