Mr BRYANT (WILLS, VICTORIA) - This morning the Acting Prime Minister has been giving voice to the high principle of non-compulsion of people who own money, and of financiers generally in the country. While he is in that mood of high principle, I ask him: Will he confer with the Minister for Labour and National Service to see whether that gentleman can bring the same principle of non-compulsion to bear on industrial legislation and remove the penal provisions in awards?
